Weaving

This process involves interlacing two sets of yarns to create a fabric. The two sets of yarns are known as the warp and the weft. The warp yarns run vertically and are held under tension on a loom, while the weft yarns are woven horizontally through the warp yarns.

Fabric Checking

Fabric is inspected thoroughly under light for any manufacturing defects.

Strap/Tape
Weaving

This section includes specialized machinery and equipment to create narrow, flat, strap, belt and webbing tape. Highly technical and specialized weaving that requires a high degree of skill and expertise to produce high-quality, consistent fabrics.

Cutting

This is done using large cutting machines that can cut multiple layers of fabric at once into the desired shape and size for a specific product or garment.

Embroidery

This section involves the use of computerized multi head embroidery machines, which are programmed to create designs on a fabric using a series of needle and thread.

Sewing

Fabric is then stitched into the desired shape and size for a specific product or garment..

Product Checking

Products further checked to find any thread,weaving and any other flaws in fabric.

Packing

Products are packed according to customised packaging requirements.

Box Packing

The items are then stored in the warehouse ready to be shipped to the distributors, sellers and customers.
